It introduces property owners, board members and property managers to independent snow removal contractors working in Northeast Ohio. Any work you arrange is carried out by that contractor under their own company name, with their own equipment, their own employees and their own insurance.
Price, scope, trigger depth, season dates, liability and payment are agreed between you and the contractor. This site is not a party to that agreement, does not guarantee the work and does not accept payment for it.
The prices, ordinances, snowfall figures and other local information published here are drawn from public sources — municipal codified ordinances and city snow pages, National Weather Service records, state agencies, and the small number of Northeast Ohio contractors who publish figures. It is provided so you can make a better-informed decision, and it is not a quote and not legal, tax or insurance advice.
Local ordinances change, prices move, and a season measured at one station is not a normal. Where a figure could not be verified, this site says so rather than publishing one. Check anything you intend to rely on against the source that governs it, and for a question about your own obligations, ask your city or a professional.
