These are measured seasons and events, not 30-year normals. Outside Cleveland Hopkins, Chardon and Elyria, almost nowhere in this metro has a long-record station, so a published normal for most suburbs does not exist. Which of those you have changes the number materially. A short apron in front of an attached garage is one push; a long narrow driveway running back to a detached garage at the rear of the lot is several, with less room at the end to put what comes off the blade. Say which one you have when you call, because in a city with both, the city name alone does not tell an operator what they are pricing.
